Inflatable Insurance...Do you Need it? |

We all know that insurance will cover you if you are hurt in an
accident! But what about your business? What does it do for your
business? If you are insured it will cover your attorney fees. You
know about attorneys right? The ones that charge $200 an hour and
are suppose to know the laws and represent your best interest in
court. Without insurance, your attorney fees could most likely
exceed $10,000 or more; and that is even if your not found
guilt/negligent. What if your found negligent? And your customer
has now won a $300,000 or 1 million dollar settlement?
Many churches and businesses, and almost all schools will require that you have liability insurance! Otherwise, you may not get their rental business at all if you don't have insurance. Also, most city parks require that you have insurance. My advice to you, is to first see how much insurance will cost you and build it into your business plan. Some insurance companies will not cover slides, and some insurance companies will not cover slides over 16 feet, and any interactive inflatables. |
